Home Renovation Doesn’t Have to Cost an Arm and a Leg

Bearing in mind the present financial situation, many homeowners have decided not to modernize their house because it’s too costly.  If you’re in that same financial state, be assured that you can give your house an overhaul with a few enhancements without spending an arm and a leg in the process.

Making Your Remodeling Dollar Go Further

Start with the basics when contemplating a renovation.  Look at the ceilings, walls, and floors first. This is the first step in your remodel. If you have a “popcorn” ceiling, consider either repainting it a new, fresh color or hiring someone to resurface and retexurize it with a even pattern. Don’t forget to have a strong primer applied before your paint coat!  Next, look at the walls and select neutral tones that will compliment with light and earthy tones and will go with any designs and decorations. Patch holes and dents in the walls to give the home a finished look. Next, continue with the floor areas: are the floors and baseboards in good condition?  If they are, re-paint the baseboards a nice white color to make the home look modern and attractive. If you plan to remove and replace the floors, consider ceramic tiles, because they are easy on your wallet per square foot and stay looking new much longer than carpet does.  If you will be putting carpet in, choose a thick pile that is somewhere between brown and beige so that stains will not be as visible and the carpet will be resilient against crushing for many years.

Nitro Remote Cars are the Best for Speed

At some point in your childhood you will remember your first experience playing with radio control models. If your thinking no I don’t then maybe it’s just me. If you don’t I definitely do, I went to my nearest car park with my friends off-road remote control car. I remember enjoying driving it far too fast for what it could handle and of course breaking it! That day sparked my passion for RC cars and I have never looked back since.

In my opinion speed is everything! For people who are just starting I would recommend to go electric they have good top speeds and are very easy to maintain. You don’t need to spend loads of cash on cars to achieve good speed, I would recommend starting with an electric car which is easy to maintain and quick as well as also allowing you to build your knowledge.

For outright speed RC nitro cars is the only this to go for! Nitro radio cars do need more knowledge and maintenance but do go a lot quicker than electric. Nitro Cars have fully engines similar to your fuel car so parts such as air cleaners, glo-plugs etc are going to need maintaining. Nitro cars do work much more like your car at home than electric cars which does have its benefits. There engines take time to spool up and the clutch to engage and they sound like normal cars! The cars do not take long to be refuelled, in fact only seconds and after that short refuel they last ages. The amount of time and the knowledge needed will scare people however I personally could never go back to electric. Although if you do feel you can put in the time to maintain these cars I don’t think you will regret it, the speed and the amount of fun to be had driving them is second to none!
